Chetna Society, in collaboration with the Counselling and Mental Wellness Centre (WeDost), organised a workshop titled “Expressive Arts as an Intervention for Clinical & Counselling Practice.” The session was aimed at promoting the benefits of art therapy. The resource persons for the workshop were Dr. Ashima Narula, an Expressive Art Therapist, and Ms. Anshika Rana, a certified expert in Expressive Art Therapy. The primary objective of the session was to raise awareness about Expressive Art Therapy and its potential benefits for emotional well-being. Participants were encouraged to explore their emotions, experiences, and self-identity through various art modalities, fostering resilience, empowerment, and self-awareness.
