K.R. Mangalam University has secured an Overall Sustainability Impact Rating Band of 601–800 out of 1,603 institutions worldwide in the Times Higher Education (THE) Sustainability Impact Ratings 2026 — a significant international milestone for the University.
This recognition reflects the University’s sustained commitment to sustainability-led teaching, responsible institutional development, and meaningful contribution to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Across key focus areas—including renewable energy, water conservation, responsible consumption, health and wellbeing, climate action, and international partnerships—K.R. Mangalam University delivered strong performance, earning notable global rankings across several individual SDGs.
Commenting on the achievement, the University administration noted that this recognition reflects K.R. Mangalam University’s ongoing efforts to embed sustainability across teaching, research, campus operations, institutional governance, and community engagement.
