PysioCon 2024

School of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Sciences recently orgnised a Physiotherapy Conference that brought together delegates from various physiotherapy colleges across Delhi NCR. The conference aimed to foster knowledge exchange, collaboration, and innovation in the field of physiotherapy. It featured a series of workshops, keynote speeches, panel discussions, and scientific paper presentations. Dr. Chitra Kataria, Head of Rehab Expansion ISIC was the Chief Guest for the event. She played an integral role in establishing the ISIC Institute of Rehabilitation Sciences at Indian Spinal Injuries Centre Hospital and introduced various educational programs Dr. Jasobanta Sethi, Director Amity University and Dr. Abha Sharma Chief Physiotherapist Holy Family Hospital, Delhi were the esteemed Guest of Honour. Students across Delhi NCR participated in scientific paper presentation on several topics relevant to sustainability. It featured insightful panel discussion by various experts from esteemed institutions, moderated by Dr. Zubia Waqar, Head CPRS Jamia Milia Islamia. The panellists highlighted the importance of sustainability in healthcare and concluded it to be a long term prospect for advancing healthcare. The conference concluded with an award distribution ceremony where experts from field of physical therapy were awarded for their outstanding contribution in the field of physiotherapy.
