School of Medical and Allied Sciences organised an enlightening industrial visit for students to Yakult Danone India Pvt. Ltd. in Sonipat, Haryana. During this industrial visit, students observed the meticulous process involved in producing Yakult. This includes preparation, fermentation, homogenization, filling, and packaging, all conducted under strict quality control and safety standards. The engaging presentations delivered by Yakult’s team provided a deep understanding of the complex processes involved in probiotic production, including quality assurance measures. Interactive sessions further enhanced our learning experience, emphasizing the critical role of probiotics in supporting human health.
