Field visit to THSTI

The School of Medical and Allied Sciences organised a field visit for pharmacy students to the Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI) in Faridabad. The visit, themed “Exploring Quality and Innovation in Pharmaceuticals,” aimed to provide students with practical exposure to the pharmaceutical industry by connecting their academic knowledge with real-world practices. During the visit, students explored key departments, including Drug Discovery, Drug Designing, the Immunology Core Laboratory, the Data Management Centre, and the Vaccine Design and Development Centre. These visits allowed the students to observe the application of theoretical concepts in pharmaceutical research and development. The visit was highly informative, offering students a comprehensive insight into pharmaceutical development and enhancing their practical knowledge.
