Field Visit to Patanjali Chikitsalaya

The School of Medical and Allied Sciences organised a field visit to Patanjali Chikitsalaya, Badshahpur, Gurugram, to explore Ayurveda: A Journey into Holistic Healing and Sustainable Healthcare. This visit deepened students’ understanding of Ayurveda’s holistic approach, emphasising the balance of the doshas for optimal health, and highlighted the importance of sustainable healthcare practices, showcasing the use of local, seasonal medicinal plants. The visit also reinforced Ayurveda’s focus on preventive care, underscoring the role of diet and lifestyle in maintaining good health.
