The School of Medical and Allied Sciences organized a field visit to Patanjali Chikitsalaya, Badshahpur, Gurugram to Explore Ayurveda: A journey into Holistic Healing and Sustainable Healthcare” This visit deepened student’s understanding of Ayurveda’s holistic approach, emphasizing the balance of the doshas for optimal health and highlighted the importance of sustainable healthcare practices, showcasing the use of local, seasonal medicinal plants. The visit also reinforced Ayurveda’s focus on preventive care, underscoring the role of diet and lifestyle in maintaining good health.
